I have bought and sold 7 homes over the last 12 years due to corporate relocations, plus over a dozen residential investment properties over the last couple of decades and Megan is BY FAR the BEST Real Estate Agent I have EVER worked with. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to Megan for her assistance in helping me sell my home. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and her services were second to none!!! Where do I start? First, I had already moved from my home and relocated to Florida in January. I noticed that she had a listing next door to me and asked her to stop by my home to provide a market analysis (which I leased temporarily for 6 months with plans to put it on the market in the summer). I planned to list with the agent that sold the house to me just 1 1/2 yrs earlier.
She arranged to see it, coordinating with the tenant, arranged staging, and ensured everything was ready to get it on the market. She even did a Facetime walk through with the tenant before listing it.
Her marketing expertise and weekly reports provided me with the most data-driven insight I've ever seen from an agent, which led to proper marketing and pricing strategies. Her availability and responsiveness was really valuable given that I was an out of state seller. Lastly, her negotiating EXPERTISE was amazing. Even though I was flexible and willing to accept the first offer given. She told me to slow my role and she'd negotiate. She came back with an agreement from the buyer for $15,000 OVER their original offer, providing value for almost the entire commission!
I am a very hard person to please as I expect very high standards of service from professionals. Megan by FAR EXCEEDED my expectations and delivered top-notch service.
